APARTMENT #A101 TOP FLOOR ATTIC
This is a comfortable studio with separate entrance consisting of 1 bedroom with a double bed, sloping ceilings; and 1 very small single bedroom with a single bed, and sloping ceilings.
Bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet. Small hallway and a spacious living room with open plan kitchenette/dining area - leading onto a balcony affording excellent South-facing vistas of the Alps.
In the lounge area there is possibility of two persons sleeping on a double divan.
All crockery and cutlery supplied. Ski room on ground floor. Central heating. Reserved parking available (a short walk away) and must be pre-booked. Ideal for couple with 1, 2 or 3 children.
Floor Area = 44 m2.
APARTMENT #A102 MIDDLE FLOOR

This is a comfortable wooden-style chalet typical of the Valais. The apartment, with separate entrance, consists of two nice bedrooms with two twin beds each, a bathroom, shower in bath tub, basin and toilet. There is a large South-facing living-room, open to the dining area (but can be divided) and the open-plan kitchen, with dishwasher.
There are two doors leading onto the large South-facing balcony, offering excellent views. Furnishings are comfortable and arrangement can be rented together with the bottom floor to sleep up to 10 persons.
All crockery and cutlery supplied. Ski room on ground floor. Central heating. Covered parking/lockup garage available a short walk away (must be pre-booked). Ideal for 2 couples or a family of four.
Floor Area = 51,5 m2.
APARTMENT #A103 BOTTOM FLOOR

This is a comfortable apartment with separate entrance onto a large terrace area from a spacious lounge/living room with a dining/kitchenette in a South-facing room.
Two small bedrooms with twin beds and bathroom with a sit-in-tub/shower, toilet and basin. A third bedroom can be made up with a double couch-bed in the living area and closed off from the kitchenette with a sliding wall.
All crockery and cutlery supplied. Ski room on ground floor. Central heating. Private parking available a short walk away (must be pre-booked). Ideal for family of four or six.
Floor Area = 47,5 m2.

1) Prices per apartment, based on number of beds in bedrooms. Additional persons accommodated on divans/extra beds will be charged
CHF 250 (£ 115; EU 165) per person per week.2) Refundable deposit of CHF 500 per apartment/booking will be payable in cash (Swiss Francs) on arrival to cover breakages. This will be refunded within two days of departure after inspection of chalet.
3) A tourist tax of CHF 2.50 per person per night, and a bed-linen charge of
CHF 25 per person per week is payable in the resort.4) Reserved parking is available on request at no extra charge. Please pre-book this. Garage parking is available at CHF 20 per day.
5) Normal cleaning charges are included. In case of additional cleaning being required, the charge will be deducted from the deposit.
