GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
All payments made by credit card will be converted from the Swiss Franc quoted price, into EURO, at the rate of exchange at the time of payment.
The floor limit per transaction is EURO 2000.00, and any charge over this will be divided into separate transactions with this as maximum per transaction.
Your credit card statement will reflect a EURO payment to ' OnlineTravel '.If for any reason the lessee doesn't take in the rented accommodation, he has to pay anyway the totality of the renting price for the period mentioned in the present contract. He cannot pretend to any reduction except if the lease holder is able to find him a replacement. In that case the lessee will have to cover the eventual charges caused by that research. The accommodation is rented only for dwelling and not far any other use. The lessee cannot subrent the accommodation or cede his lease without the authorisation of the lease holder.
When the contract is signed by mail or without visiting the accommodation, the lessee engages himself in advance to accept the chalet/apartment furnished as described in the offer or in the contract. As soon as the lessee has taken in the accommodation, he has 24 hours to put in his eventual claims. Past this delay it will be admitted that the accommodation is in good condition.
The lessee is responsible for all the damages except those caused by the owner, his proxies or any construction or maintenance's fault. He will take all the precautions to prevent the damages that could be caused to the inner installations (water, electricity, etc). He will be responsible for the damages consequent upon the non-observance of the above-mentioned dispositions. The lessee will take all the precautions against the frost that could deteriorate the plumbing. He is responsible for the eventual damages if he doesn't take all the prevention to avoid them.
The lessee is obliged to inform the owner or his representative of all the eventual repairs to do. He takes the risk to have to pay the charges of the ordered works without the knowledge of the owner.
The lessee will have to pay on top of the renting price for any lost, destroyed or deteriorated things.
The owner is not responsible for any irregularity in the plumbing, lighting, gas, etc. In general, the owner disclaims all responsibility for want of use for which is not his fault.
The lessee will observe the house and police regulations. The owner has right to visit or to show-around the rented accommodation at any time.
The house insurance is paid by the owner, but the lessee pays for that of his personal effects.
When leaving, the lessee has to point out the eventual damages caused during his stay.
Animals are not tolerated inside the chalet or apartments.
In case of loss of the key, the owner or his representative have the right to charge the lessee for the costs of new keys or lock changes.
These general conditions are part and parcel of the rental contract.
